| Age Group (based on age or grade in Fall 2011) Practice and Game Information 4 & 5 yrs Introductory (mixed boys and girls) Practices begin Thursday, September 8th and will be held Tuesdays and Thursdays from 3:30pm to 4:30pm. No games. Season ends October 6th. 1st & 2nd grade Young Players (mixed boys and girls) Practices begin Tuesday, September 6th and will be held Tuesdays and Thursdays from 5:30 to 7:00pm. Season ends mid-October. Games will be held Saturdays at 9:00am – schedule TBD. 3rd & 4th grade Intermediate Players Practices begin August 22nd and will be held Mondays and Wednesdays from 5:30pm to 7:00pm. Season ends mid-October. Games will be held Saturday afternoons (boys at 3:00pm, girls at 4:30pm) plus at least one Friday evening - schedule TBD. 5th & 6th grade Advanced Players Practices begin August 23rd and will be held Tuesdays and Thursdays from 5:30 to 7:00pm. Game schedule will include Tuesdays at 5: 30 and Saturdays at 12:00 (boys), and Thursdays at 5:30 and Saturdays at 1:30 (girls) – schedule TBD. Beginning Oct 1st, the 5:30 game times will move to 5:00pm due to fading daylight. Season ends with tournament play on Saturday, October 15th General Information All players should wear shorts & shin guards to practices, and always bring a well-marked water bottle. For grades 3 and up: Cleats and black socks are required. NO JEWELRY may be worn during practices or games. No exceptions. |
